So, yesterday was my 26th birthday.
I didn’t ask for the day off from work because it was a Friday (Friday Night Magic) and it would have put everyone in a hard spot to find someone else to work, plus I’m asking for a Friday off in a couple weeks for Stinkbrain’s graduation from college.
Anyway, my dad and I share a birthday (I turned 26, he turned 61) and since we couldn’t celebrate he brought what he called a “portable birthday party” to the shop. He brought a cake, plates, forks, napkins, cups, ice, soda, and balloons.
My dad also gave me some Kinder Eggs and the first toy I got was a penguin! :D
My boss brought me cupcakes.
Two people brought me Starbucks and one gave me a gift card since he assumed I would already have coffee.
A friend made me caramel macchiato cupcakes with edible glitter and chocolate covered espresso beans which were FREAKING DELICIOUS.
One of the boys also brought me flowers <3
Stinkbrain gave me two Penguin figurines and Finn and Fionna the Human cupcake keychains along with my Floop the Pig playmat and dermal piercing (not pictured). I put the Penguin figurines next to my Dark Knight Rises poster and put the Finn and Fionna key chains with my Adventure Time figurines :D

So, these nails are like a Mondrian pattern in pastel colors, with a drip over it that makes the colors ‘pop’ like Mondrian colors. Hope you like ‘em :)
